Francisco A. Duarte, a partner at Fox Bowman Duarte, is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington and Deputy King County Prosecutor. He is past chair of the Washington State Bar Association Criminal Law Section, the Washington State Bar Association Criminal Justice Institute, and the Public Education Committee of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Duarte is a director and former chair of Lawyers Helping Hungry Children, a non-profit corporation, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Seattle Shakespeare Company.
